I love this school because we do lots of technology and engineering. We also have the best teachers and staff! This is a new school to me this year and I am really enjoying being here. I even have my own Chromebook for my lessons. My mom found this school and knew my brother and I would fit in well. We both love STEM learning! This is the best school ever!

I was very nervous to start my new school at STEM @ Weiss this year. I have now been here for 5 months and LOVE it! I really think I am fitting in. I am very happy I decided to move to this school. I really like how much technology we have. Our 1:1 Chromebooks, and Ipads will help me when I grow up. When I grow up I want to be a Technology Engineer. This school is going to help me achieve my dream.

Science is all around us, STEM education integrates the sciences with other core areas.
In STEM education, technology is used as a tool to elevate students' learning in a challenging and relevant manner.
When students think like engineers, they learn to find a problem, develop and test their solutions, reflect and refine.
A foundational understanding of mathematics is critical in STEM education and in life beyond K-12 education.
