Step 1 β Complete Online Pre-Enrollment
Start by completing the online pre-enrollment process using the link below.
This step gathers your studentβs basic information and begins the Schools of Choice application process.

Step 2 β Schedule Your Enrollment Appointment
After completing pre-enrollment, the final confirmation page will provide instructions for scheduling an appointment with our Student Services team to complete registration.
Step 3 β Complete Required Schools of Choice Forms
In addition to standard enrollment documents, a Schools of Choice application must be completed and submitted at your appointment.
Please do not sign or date the form until you are present at your enrollment appointment.

Please bring the following required documents:
Original birth certificate
Immunization records
Three acceptable proofs of residency
Custody or legal paperwork (if applicable)
A copy of your childβs most recent IEP (if your child has previously received Special Education services)
