Making an Appointment to Complete Enrollment

Thank you for completing the pre-enrollment process. Now that you have completed that step, please follow the directions below for the situation that best describes your enrollment type:

For all enrollment appointments, the following items will need to be brought with you to complete the registration process:

  • Original Birth Certificate (no photocopies, must have raised seal)

  • Parent/Guardian Driver's License/Id 

  • 3 Proofs of Residence Click Here to see acceptable proofs of residency

  • Proof of Immunizations

  • Special Education Paperwork (if applicable)

  • Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
