2023 Hall of Fame Inductees Kelly Scheffler and Michael Hunter were honorary captains tonight as the Marauders defeated Wyandotte 55-7. It was a great night in Marauder Stadium!

Students in Mrs. Huber's Geometry realized they know a lot more about shapes than they realized. Working together, students used this knowledge and their intuition to identify shapes and their traits and had a lot more fun than when they learned through notes. #InMarauderCountry

We hope this message finds you safe and well, with not too much cleanup from the intense storms over the past two days. We wanted to give you ample time to be made aware of the change in this evening’s football game due to widespread power outage in the area that includes Carlson High School. Currently, DTE is estimating our power at CHS to be out until at least tomorrow. The Carlson vs. Airport varsity football game will now be hosted by our neighbors at Trenton High School at 7pm tonight (August 25th). Carlson fans can find parking in the the Charlton Rd and the West Rd. lots. Carlson Family and student passes will still be honored, however, Trenton, like many schools in the state and MHSAA, will be selling game tickets exclusively online through gofan.co. Advanced tickets can be purchased using this link: https://gofan.co/event/1105779?schoolId=MI10102 and can also be purchased cash free at the gate with a credit card reader. We encourage you to avoid the lines and purchase in advance. However, we will have a very small cash line for those unable to access the site due to outage issues. Please purchase tickets online to avoid long lines. Also, if you have already purchased family passes, Mrs. Greear will have them printed for you at the front of the cash line at the main gate. If you planned to purchase passes at the first game, save your ticket receipt and the cost will be deducted from your pass at a later purchase date. Gates will open at 6pm. Seniors over 62 and kids under 6 are free of charge at Trenton. There will also be a full concession stand available courtesy of the Trenton booster club and it will take cash or credit. We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow, Thursday 8/24/23 for Prep Day. Seniors arrive at 8 a.m., Juniors 9:15, Sophomores 10:30 and Freshmen 12:00 p.m.

The 8th annual OAC awards are Saturday 5/13. Mocktail hour stars at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7. Tickets are $3 for students & $5 for adults. Tickets will be sold at the door.

Last week we inducted our 2023 Hall of Fame Class. Congratulations to Mr. Michael Hunter, Mr. Don McCorkle (posthumously), and Mr. Kelly Scheffler.

Our amazing CHS students put on multiple showings of Little Shop of Horrors this past weekend! Great job everyone and congratulations on a wonderful show!
