Happy last day of school! Congratulations to our Class of 2033 5th grade graduates!

Thank you to our parents for voting for Parsons for the Meemic Coffee Truck. We won and enjoyed some caffeine this morning! A big thank you to Meemic and Elliott's too.

Lower El also rocked the afternoon! What a perfect field day!

Field Day is in session! Upper El had a great morning!

Thank you Pirates for supporting the Kiwanis Club of Gibraltar and our local community. The cereal you donated will help students not go hungry this summer.

Congratulations to Parsons Inventor's Club participants who participated in the State Championship Invention Convention at Henry Ford Museum of Science and Innovation. These students were part of 150 inventors across the State. While we didn't make it to Nationals, we are very proud of these young inventors perseverance, innovation, risk taking, and creativity. Congrats Pirates!

Third graders are busy learning about area and perimeter. What a fun way to learn when you have a yummy snack as a manipulative!

Congrats Pirates on another awesome Talent Show!

Today, some of our students from our Lighthouse Team had the opportunity to attend CHS District Leadership Day!

Due to the potential of icy road conditions, Gibraltar School District will be closed on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Stay safe out there!

We loved having Superintendent Mrs Conway and Mr. Wagner visit our classrooms today. Our pirates were engaged and able to show off their learning! #InMarauderCountry #MarauderPride #GSD

Today was the day everyone was waiting for! After exceeding our Fun Run goal , students earned the right to duck tape Mrs. Aherne to the wall! Over 100 students added duck tape! All of our other classroom and individual winners were also celebrated! Way to go Pirates!

Happy Trunk or Treat Parsons Pirates!

We had an AMAZING time at Trunk or Treat last night! Thank you PTO for putting on such a fabulous family event! We think we had over 500 children trick or treating!

Our School is COLORFUL! #GSD #maraudercountry

Once again, thank you so much to the PTO, parent volunteers, the Gibraltar Fire department, staff and our students for such an awesome event. The Color Run was definitely a HUGE success! We appreciate your continued support.

We had our first Town Hall with our Student of the Month awards and Golden awards. Student of the Month students were honored for Being Respectful. Classes also received Golden awards for best class in a special or area of the school. Grade level winners were also picked out of a bucket of pirate gold that had been earned for following PBIS expectations. Keep it up!

Our first PBIS party of the year was a success. Students loved that the school was turned into a movie theater. Students received this reward for working on our monthly focus to Be Respectful.

As everyone knows, we are trying to improve our attendance. Mondays are always a hard day to wake up. We were so impressed by Ms. Fairris, Mrs. DeAngelo, Mrs. Wheaton, Mrs. Bryant, and Mrs Scheetz's classes for having 100% attendance. They enjoyed some yummy popsicles at lunch!
