What a fun and colorful day at Parsons! 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Our Parsons Fun Run was filled with smiles, laughter, and LOTS of color! 🎨 It was wonderful seeing our students having fun, cheering each other on, and making special memories together.
Thank you to all of our families, staff, volunteers, and supporters who helped make the Color Run such a fun experience for our students. We’re so grateful for our amazing Parsons community! 💙

Mr. Putek’s fifth graders and Mrs. Wheaton’s second graders enjoyed spending time with their book buddies, sharing stories, smiles, and a love of reading. It’s wonderful to see our older students encouraging and connecting with their younger friends! 📖😊
Our young first grade scientists were busy creating and discovering! 🐾💙 Using clay animal models, students explored how animals use their unique structures to protect themselves. Ask your little scientist what they created! 🐢🦔✨

🎬🍿 PBIS Movie Day at Parsons! 🍿🎬
Our Parsons students enjoyed a cozy PBIS Movie Day in their jammies! 💤🎥 Students kicked back, enjoyed some snacks, and celebrated making positive choices at school.

What an exciting surprise at Parsons today! 🎉 Mrs. Scheetz was recognized by Spark for shining a spotlight on all the positive things happening in our school! 💙✨
And the celebration didn’t stop there! Spark brought the energy with a 30-second dance party for several Parsons classrooms that achieved 100% attendance today! 💃🕺

Mrs. Scheetz’s fourth grade students had the exciting opportunity to video chat with Bree, a former student of Mrs. Scheetz at Parsons and CHS graduate who is currently studying abroad in Greece!
Bree shared a glimpse into her experiences living and learning abroad, giving our students the chance to ask questions, explore a different part of the world, and see where their own education and adventures might take them someday.
Such a special full-circle moment—from fourth grade student to inspiring the next generation of fourth graders!

Let’s go, Terror Bytes! 💪💻
Congratulations to Parsons Inventor's Club participants who participated in the State Championship Invention Convention at Henry Ford Museum of Science and Innovation. These students were part of 150 inventors across the State. While we didn't make it to Nationals, we are very proud of these young inventors perseverance, innovation, risk taking, and creativity. Congrats Pirates!
