Lakeshore Leadership Club

The Lakeshore Virtual School Leadership Club is a K-12 student and staff team dedicated to organizing community service and social events every month for our virtual students, including:

  • making placemats for Meals on Wheels

  • sending cards to those in the military overseas

  • creating treat bags for kids in foster care

  • painting pumpkins for senior citizens

We have also held a number of social events, where virtual students meet in person to play games, watch movies, and even go on field trips.

The community service projects we do provide an excellent opportunity for students to fill their resumes for work and colleges and learn leadership skills, as well as give students, who are otherwise working at home independently, a chance to interact with others as a team for a good cause.
