Yesterday was our last PBIS party of the school year. The students did outdoor games. It was so fun! Thanks to the families that support our fundraisers, the staff for supporting the students and the PBIS committee for all their hard work this year!
Our Weiss Students have worked hard to plant in our Community Garden. Please consider volunteering for one week during the summer to come and water/weed the garden as needed (usually once in the morning and once in the evening). Thank you Weiss PTO and parents for the morning Farmers' Market. We also had bagels, muffins and cinnamon rolls.
On Friday, fourth grade engineers were so excited for a sunny day and to test their solar ovens! They were looking to see if their ovens could heat up and stay warm with the various materials used. This week we are going to make improvements and use solar energy to cook s’mores!

Each classroom teacher nominated a student that they felt goes above and beyond showing kindness to others to receive a kindness certificate. Today during the morning news these students were presented with their certificates.
