Did someone say glow party? Yes we did! Chapman celebrated positive behavior for the month of November with a glow party. Keep up the awesome work Charger!

Chapman's fifth graders had an awesome experience learning about many of the DCTC programs today. The fifth graders moved from station to station learning about each vocation directly from students currently in the program.

Congrats to our SuperChargers of the Month for displaying GRATITUDE in the month of November! We are so proud of you!

Mrs. Reece's 4th grade class collected winter clothing for Downriver Foster Closet. They are very excited to deliver all of the items the Chapman families donated. We are grateful to all who helped us serve these children!

The wind, rain, and cold didn't slow down these Chapman Chargers! We had another successful year running our annual Turkey Trot. Thank Mrs. Kozicki and all of our volunteers for making this event go on without a hitch! Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Chargers and their families.

Charlotte Sorenson was a fantastic addition to the library today! She read to 4 classes, checked books in/out of the library, shelved books, repaired books in the book hospital, and helped with new inventory. We shared our lunch together, too! Such a great day and a wonderful young lady.

Holiday Spirit Days begin on MONDAY! For $1.00 each, students can participate in the above Holiday Spirit Days. The proceeds will benefit our Holiday Hope Chapman families in need that we are hosting the Annual Virtual Giving Tree for.

As part of practicing gratitude this month, Mrs. Reece's class had a wonderful idea to donate gently used winter clothing to the Downriver Foster Closet. What a thoughtful and kind class! If you are cleaning out your closets and have gently used items that are no longer being used in your household, please consider donating them. You can send them in with your child. There is a collection bin right outside of the front office. Thank you for your help and support!

Fall Picture Re-takes are this Tuesday, November 14th! You can pre-order today on mylifetouch.com with the Picture Day ID: EVTM4PNRJ.
