We’re so proud of our Chapman Chargers for setting such a great example every day! 💙💛

🎉 We did it, Chapman Chargers! 🎉 We didn’t just meet our December schoolwide behavior goal — we exceeded it! 🙌 To celebrate this awesome accomplishment, students earned a super fun reward: covering Mr. Klotz in silly string at our Town Hall Meeting! 😄🎉 Way to show what it means to be respectful, responsible, and safe. We’re so proud of our students and their hard work! 💙💛

🎄✨ Gingerbread Fun at Chapman Elementary! ✨🎄 Today our students earned a fun and festive gingerbread house–making contest! We are so proud of our Chapman Chargers for consistently showing what it means to be respectful, responsible, and safe. Way to go, Chargers—you’ve earned it! 💙⚡️

The Chapman Holiday Concert on Tuesday with Mrs. Monticello leading our students was PHENOMENAL! We hope the performances brought you joy! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Did you know our Green School Committee, led by Ms. Masland, won a grant to make our lunch room more sustainable? Sara Covatta from the Detroit Zoo met with our student-led Green Team to conduct a waste audit yesterday! Our goal is produce less lunch waste at Chapman!

Our Chargers learned about future high school opportunities and shared what sparked their interest through a quick reflection survey. Such an inspiring partnership!

We’re happy to announce that our Secret Santa Shop is returning this year! We’ll be partnering with Natalie’s Elf Shelf Holiday Store to bring some holiday cheer to our students. 🗓 When: December 15th–18th (during school) 📍 Where: Chapman Library Students will have the opportunity to shop for special gifts for their loved ones — and we need your help to make it magical! We’re looking for 5 volunteers per time slot to assist students with shopping and wrapping their gifts. 🎅 Volunteer Perk: Each volunteer will receive $10 to use towards the shop!
