Step 1 — Find Your Child’s School

Not sure which elementary school your child will attend?
Use our Elementary Boundary Map to identify your home school.

Step 2 — Complete Online Pre-Enrollment

Click [here] to begin the online pre-enrollment process.
This step gathers your student’s basic information and starts your registration.

Step 3 — Schedule Your Registration Appointment

After submitting pre-enrollment, you’ll receive instructions on the final page to schedule an appointment with our Student Services team to finalize enrollment. If you have ALREADY COMPLETED pre-enrollment and need to schedule an appointment, please see below:

• For ALL enrollments at Lakeshore Virtual School (LVS), please use this LVS Enrollment Appointments link to schedule an appointment.

• For ALL in district Kindergarten Enrollments for 2026/27, please contact your school's office to schedule a time to complete the enrollment process.

📄 What to Bring to Your Registration Appointment

• Original birth certificate

• Immunization records

• Three acceptable proofs of residency

• Custody or legal paperwork (if applicable)

• A copy of your child’s most recent IEP (if your child has previously received Special Education services)
