Healthy Kids Club

As a part of the whole-school focus on health, we will be offering a before-school program open to all students (Y5's-5th grade). It offers a safe, supervised and non-competitive setting where children can be physically active with their friends.

Activity: The club gets students walking/running laps and/or participating in a special activity. Students will get a lanyard necklace and QR code that will track their mileage, and a new charm to add to their lanyard at each session they are present for. STUDENTS NEED TO HAVE PERMISSION SLIPS TURNED IN PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON IN ORDER TO GET A PERSONALIZED QR CODE LANYARD.

When: Healthy Kids Club meets at 8:00AM in the Hunter Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of November for our fall season & April for our spring season.

 *There will be no staff member present prior to 8:00AM. Please, do not drop your child off before then. Students will enter the building using the doors to the left of the main entrance. As they enter the building they will check-in with the adult at the check in table.

 *Please, dress your child accordingly for the weather. We will be going outside as much as possible.

Cost:  A one time $10 donation for both seasons or a $5 for one season (send to school with your child in an envelope - please, label Healthy Kids Club and write your child's name. Your child's classroom teacher will turn it in.)
