Board Room AV Upgrade RFP

It is expected that the awarded solution through this RFP process will provide the Board Room with an audio video upgrade that will provide an effective, reliable, efficient, flexible and robust solution that will provide a professional broadcast to our local community of our Board Meetings. In addition, this room should be designed so that it can serve as a location for small groups to utilize video conferencing and electronic field trips in the future.
